In the heat of the summer with normal AC use, the electricity costs around $200-$225. Therefore, reasonable AC use/EV charging should not result in a bill above $250, but if it does, guests will be charged for the additional usage. **Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 for 1, $300 for 2). Unfortunately, we cannot host cats. Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay.
Other Details to Note
For the safety of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera & driveway camera that record video and audio footage. Our backyard neighbor has a small chicken coop. City regulations do not allow them to roam free or to exceed the noise ordinance, but you may occasionally hear the them throughout your stay.
