This home has been thoughtfully set up with all the comforts of home & more! Please note that this is a two bedroom downstairs duplex unit. The upstairs unit is only occupied for a few days per month. In the heat of the summer with normal AC use, the electricity costs around $150-$200. Therefore, reasonable AC use should not result in a bill above $200, but if it does, guests will be charged for the additional usage. **Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 per dog). Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay.
Other Details to Note
For the safety of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera & driveway camera that record video and audio footage. We provide a starter pack of essentials (several rolls of TP, paper towels, shampoos, etc) that should last you 2-4 weeks. Once the supplies are finished, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock for the duration of their stay.
