You will have access to the entire home including indoor and outdoor spaces, and the laundry area. We offer convenient driveway parking for 4-6. Boats can be parked in the private driveway, but can also utilize street parking in the event that the trailer cannot clear the oak trees. We are not responsible for damages to boats, trailers or vehicles. The upstairs bedrooms are accessible only via spiral staircase. We have carpeted the stairs for extra safety, but please note that the stairs may not be appropriate for those with mobility issues, specifically elderly people and very young children. Children are welcome, but with adult supervision as the interior and exterior of the home are not child-proofed. The property owner and the management company do not assume responsibility for injuries incurred while on the premises.
