Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas (hallways, elevators, etc), and are not allowed in the co-working space, conference room or gym. Unfortunately, we cannot host cats due to allergies. Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay.
Other Details to Note
This is a low rise condo unit, so please be respectful of your neighbors. Loud noises (music, yelling, barking, etc) are against community guidelines and violation of these guidelines can result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Unfortunately, mail and packages cannot be received at this address, so we recommend a PO Box and/or Amazon locker for deliveries. Our unit is pet friendly, but please note that you are responsible for your pet in ALL areas of the community, including the hallways, elevators and in the grassy outdoor areas. Please be kind and follow good pet parent etiquette by keeping your dog on a controlled leash, and by picking up after them. There are cameras throughout the main areas of the property (community areas, elevators, parking garages), but they are controlled by the property management group and used only to maintain safety in the community areas. There are no cameras in the unit itself.
